Privacy Policy

Roleverse (the “Services”) is operated by Sub Zero Labs OÜ(“Sub Zero Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company registered in Estonia. This Privacy Policy applies to roleverse.ai, our other Roleverse websites, and any Roleverse mobile apps we release. If you have any question about how we handle your information, write to us at support@roleverse.ai.

The short version

• We collect what we need to run your account, power the AI writing, chat, image and audio features, save your work, take payment, keep the platform safe, and answer support requests.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your private creative work with advertisers or data brokers.
• Roleverse is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
• You can delete your account and creative data at any time. Some limited billing, security and legal records may be kept as the law allows.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

What we collect depends on how you use Roleverse. It can include:

• Account details — your email address, username, display name, and sign-in credentials (including data from a third-party login if you choose one).
• Creative content — the story ideas, prompts, stories, chapters, characters, in-character chat messages, images, audio, settings and feedback you write, generate or save on Roleverse.
• Support messages — anything you send us when you ask for help, report a problem, or contact us.
• Billing information for website purchases, such as plan, payment status, currency, and the references our payment provider needs to complete a transaction. We never receive your full card number.

Information we collect automatically

When you use the Services we automatically log technical and usage data, including IP address, device type, browser and app version, operating system, referring pages, the features and pages you use, timestamps, diagnostic logs, and an approximate location inferred from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from the providers that help us run Roleverse — for example authentication providers, payment processors, hosting and infrastructure providers, AI and media-generation providers, analytics tools, and customer-support tools.

2. How we use your information

• Create, authenticate and maintain your account.
• Provide the AI writing, character, chat, image, audio, library and publishing features, and save and sync your work across devices.
• Process purchases and grant the Sparks and subscription access you buy.
• Provide support and respond to your feedback and reports.
• Send you service messages about your account, security, billing, or important changes to the product or policies.
• Keep Roleverse safe — prevent fraud and abuse, moderate content against our Content Guidelines, and enforce our Terms.
• Measure and improve the reliability, performance and quality of the Services.
• Comply with our legal obligations.

3. AI features and your creative content

Roleverse is powered by third-party AI and media-generation models. To turn your prompts into stories, chat replies, images and audio, the relevant content is sent to those providers to process on our behalf. We may also use content in de-identified or aggregated form to test, tune, secure and improve the quality and safety of the Services.

Because Roleverse hosts adult, explicit fiction, we treat your private creative work as sensitive. It stays associated with your account and is not sold or shared for advertising. We do carry out automated and, where necessary, human review to enforce our Content Guidelines and the law — in particular our zero-tolerance rules against content involving minors.

4. Sparks, subscriptions and payments

Paid features run on Sparks (our in-product credits) and subscriptions. For website purchases, our payment providers process your payment details and give us the information we need to manage your purchase — such as plan, amount, currency, renewal state and provider reference IDs. We do not store your full card number. If you buy through a mobile app store, that store processes the payment under its own terms, and store subscriptions are managed through your store account.

5. When we share information

We share information only as needed to run, secure and improve Roleverse, or where the law requires it. This may include:

• Hosting, storage, database, content-delivery and security providers.
• AI and media-generation providers that process your prompts and content to deliver the features you request.
• Authentication providers, if you use a third-party sign-in.
• Payment and subscription providers, and app stores where you purchase through them.
• Analytics and customer-communication providers that help us operate the website and support you.
• Courts, regulators or law-enforcement where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect rights, safety and the integrity of the Services.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not hand your private creative content to data brokers or advertising networks.

6. Cookies and analytics

Our websites use cookies, local storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and age confirmation, protect the service, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can block or delete cookies in your browser, but some features may not work correctly without the essential ones.

7. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide the Services, maintain your account and saved work, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and keep the platform secure. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it. Limited backups and operational logs may persist for a short time until they expire on their normal cycle.

8. Deleting your account

You can delete your account from your Roleverse account settings where available, or by writing to support@roleverse.ai. Deletion is intended to permanently remove your account, sessions, stories, chapters, characters, generated images and audio, and related creative data from our active systems. We may retain or anonymise limited records required for billing, refunds, fraud prevention, tax and accounting, legal compliance and security. Deleting your Roleverse account does not automatically cancel a subscription bought through an app store — manage those through your store account.

9. How we keep information safe

We use technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, provider security controls, and monitoring for abuse and unauthorised access. No system is ever perfectly secure, but we work hard to protect your information.

10. International transfers

We operate from Estonia in the European Union. Because our providers may be located elsewhere, your information may be processed in countries outside your own. Where that happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards for the transfer, consistent with applicable data-protection law.

11. Minors

Roleverse is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18, or allow anyone under 18 to use the Services. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact support@roleverse.ai and we will remove it.

12. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to our processing of your personal information, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent where our processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact support@roleverse.ai. We may need to verify your identity first, and you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date above and, for significant changes, provide a more prominent notice. Continuing to use Roleverse after an update means you accept the revised policy.
