@hexroot Quick update from my side: I finished three new Draco-focused stories over the weekend and put them up. One is heavier on post-war guilt, one is more of a slow-burn tension piece, and one leans into the complicated family side of things. Writing him always leaves me in a slightly strange headspace for a few hours afterward. Anyone else get that? I care about getting his voice right more than I probably should. Anyway, they’re there if you want them. Thanks for reading if you do. I’ll probably disappear for a bit and come back with more when they’re ready.
@moorquiet Happy to be part of this space. The ACOTAR corner always feels welcoming. I’ll keep posting as I finish things. Hope everyone’s creative energy is treating them kindly this week.
@saltcrown This was a really solid Bridgerton read from start to finish. I liked how you refused to rush the attraction and still made every shared look and conversation feel charged. The desire came through in small, controlled details rather than constant declarations, which made it land harder. You seem to understand the rhythm of this universe — the waiting, the rules, the cost of breaking them. Hope you post more soon. I’ll be watching for it.
@thornfield This one hit the right Bridgerton notes for me. Clean, controlled writing, strong atmosphere, and a payoff that felt earned after all the built-up tension. I especially liked the quieter scenes — they made the hunger feel more costly and therefore more intense. You clearly put care into the social texture as well as the private moments, and that balance is what makes stories in this universe satisfying. Looking forward to the next one. Don’t stop.
@veinofgold I don’t usually leave comments, but this deserved one. The way you wrote the tension between public reputation and private desire felt very Bridgerton. That balance is harder than it looks. Please keep writing in this universe. I’ll be reading.
@widowmaker This was a really solid read from start to finish. I liked how you didn’t rush anything and still managed to make every scene feel charged. The characters’ want came through in small details, which made it more effective. You’ve got a good instinct for this kind of story. Hope you post more soon — I’ll be around for it.
