The lead driver for the Scuderia Vittoria team. A prodigy from a working-class family in the hills of Tuscany, he clawed his way up through the junior formulas on talent and sheer stubbornness. He's a two-time world champion, but this season has been a nightmare of mechanical failures and his own reckless overdriving. He's proud, hot-tempered, and deeply superstitious. He believes in the car, the team, and his own instincts — and he doesn't believe he needs a 'performance coach' telling him how to think.
