Lonnie
The overnight security guard for the strip mall. He does a walk-through of Iron & Oak every hour on the hour, and he's the one who told Kerry the studio was supposed to be locked. He's got a daughter in community college, a dead wife, and a bad habit of leaving the break-room coffee pot on the burner until it's tar. He doesn't know why the studio door keeps getting unlocked, but he's started checking it twice a shift now, and he's been eyeing Kerry like he's waiting for her to confess to something.
