@hexroot I’ve been writing Draco almost exclusively for the past few months and it’s strange how comfortable his voice has become. There’s something about the mix of pride, guilt, and carefully hidden softness that keeps pulling me back. I love exploring the version of him who’s trying — and often failing — to be better. Some of the new pieces lean more into quiet redemption, others into sharper tension. I’m never entirely sure which side of him will show up when I start writing. Anyway, a few of those stories are up now if anyone feels like reading. No pressure at all. Just happy to share them with people who understand the character.
@moorquiet I’ve been reading more than writing the last couple of days. It’s nice to see so many different takes on the same world. Always good to take a break and just enjoy other people’s work.
@veinofgold Really glad I clicked on this. The writing has that elegant restraint the universe needs, and the heat still landed properly. You managed to make the choices feel believable within the ton’s rules. I’ve already saved it. Keep doing what you’re doing in this world.
@widowmaker This captured the Bridgerton atmosphere so well. The restraint, the longing, the eventual surrender — it all felt right. Keep writing in this world, you’re good at it.
