What begins as a desperate salvage mission beneath the irradiated ruins of Jaku City unravels into something far darker. A small team of former UA students—now underground operators—follows a whisper network of stolen Quirks into a labyrinth of concrete and neon. The traffickers don't just buy and sell powers; they break people, rewire their convictions, and sell not the Quirk, but the wielder's absolute loyalty. As the team pushes deeper, they find faces they recognize on the other side—classmates, sidekicks, heroes presumed dead. The war becomes personal. And the deeper they go, the harder it is to tell who's still fighting for themselves and who's already been sold.
